Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours. If you placed an order before 11PM PST on weekdays, your order would be shipped on the same day.
To make changes to your order, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org during our business hours and within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched (if you received a shipping confirmation email), we are not able to modify your order.
Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are all correct before placing the order. We are unable to reroute the shipment after it is sent out. We are not responsible for incomplete delivery if it is because the customer provides us with invalid or incorrect address.
Taxes and duties
We do not charge sales tax and import duties when you place the order. We are unable to estimate the import duties for every single country since all customs taxes and import duties depend on the policy of the local government. Therefore, customers will be responsible for the import VAT.
If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following instruction:
- Check your mailbox or ask your front desk first
- A pickup notice might be left by the courier if you are not available upon delivery
- Check with your neighbours, friends and family members living at the same address
- Go to the tracking page and request a proof of delivery which will show the signature of the receiver
We have insurance on every package and we require your signature upon delivery for expedited and express shipping, so we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. If you consider your package lost or stolen in transit, please file a claim with the courier. In cases that your package is delivered to a wrong address, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation and redeliver the package to the correct address.
