Shipping Policy 

Orders placed on weekdays will be processed and shipped within 24 hours upon submitting your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped within the next business day. If you placed an order before 12AM PST on weekdays, your order will be shipped on the same day. A tracking code will be provided via your email soon as your order is sent out.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing the order. We are unable to reroute a shipment after it is sent out. We are not responsible for incomplete deliveries due to an invalid or incorrect address provided by the customer.

Taxes and Duties 

Don’t sweat it, we do not charge sales tax on any of our items. 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for duties charged on packages because it is completely out of our control and is solely dependent on the policies of the destination region. Customs or import duties are charged when the parcel arrives at its destination country. Import duties and custom charges must be paid in full by the recipient in order to claim the package. 

Tracking Your Package 

Just made an order with us? You’re officially in. You will receive an email with a tracking code for your use in tracking the whereabouts of your package.

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it. Please refer to the following: 

  • Check your mailbox or ask your front desk first
  • A pickup notice might be left by the courier if you are not available upon delivery
  • Check with your neighbours, friends and family members living at the same address
  • Go to the tracking page and request a proof of delivery which will show the signature of the recipient 

We have insurance on every expedited and express package and a signature is required upon delivery. Packages through standard shipping does not require a signature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. If you suspect your package lost or stolen in transit, please file a claim with the courier. In the case that your package is delivered to the wrong address, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation and redeliver the package to the correct address.
