Yes, you can either choose to return a single item from a bundle or return the entire order. If you returned items separately, any discount associated with the bundle will be deducted.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you really wish to exchange one item, you can request a return for this order and then place a new one.
It takes us 3 to 5 days to process refund. We will send you a notification when the refund is completed on our side. Usually, the transaction process takes another 3 to 5 days depending on the credit card company.

Please keep your jewelry away from sunlight, chemicals, sharp blows, heat and cold. Always remember to store your jewelry in a soft lined box (comes with your order) or pouch with an anti-tarnish strip after you take it off.
We replenish most of our products to the stock at the end of each month. If the item you want is not back in stock at the end of the month, feel free to contact our customer service (support@shopsienne.com) for further information.
